Tuna Melt Pizza
The homemade tuna melt pizza has an umami and chessy taste. It’s easy to make and doesn’t take much time to make. With the type of bread that is thick and soft, plus a mixture of tuna with lots of mayonnaise, makes it different from other pizza.
Dough Ingredients:
- 225 gr All purpose flour
- 180 cc Warm water
- 6gr Instant yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 30 ml Oil
Topping Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise
- Canned tuna
- Onion
- Hot sauce and tomato sauce
- Boiled broccoli
- Boiled corn
- Mozzarela cheese
- Dried parsley
- Smoked peppers
Directions:
1.Prepare a large bow, fill it with warm water, pour the yeast into it, wait 5–10 minutes for a lot of bubbles to appear.
2. Enter the oil, sugar, salt into the yeast water, stir well, add the flour, mix well with a spatula. the final result will be a little sticky.
3. Let stand 30 minutes / until expands 2x times.
4. Remove the dough from the basin, knead for 1–2 minutes,
* Prepare a pizza pan, spread thinly with olive oil / vegetable oil, flatten the dough thinly wide
* stick with a fork, let stand 5 minutes.
5. Grease the surface of the dough with oil, give it a layered topping with hot sauce and tomato sauce, followed by a mixture of mayonnaise and canned tuna, then chopped broccoli and boiled corn, finally sprinkle with lots of mozzarella cheese and dry pasrley leaves plus smoked paprika powder.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
